What a great article this brave attorney well versed in Constitutional Law has written. As we all know, Barack Obama is a ineligible president and as more ballot challenges are being brought up by patriotic citizens across this great nation, America is in it's greatest Constitutional crisis ever. The patriotic Attorney lays out the facts about Obama, the doubt he has created and the faulty judgement full of errors Judge Malihi made in the Georgia Ballot hearing. I would find that many attorneys and Americans would agree with Kuligowski's assessment of the crisis we face as Article 2 Section 1 continues to be subverted by Barack Obama.

Monte Kuligowski:
Criminal Defense Firm: Attorney

Sharp legal mind?

Obama's got Georgia on his mind

We know how that went.

He's primarily a traffic court, DUI lawyer.

Even your hero Kuligowski doesn't say anything that stupid. The most he manages to say is "doubt remains..."

LoL, same old BS that was used the cases to get Obama's name struck form the ballot. Even referencing the first case where the same arguments were tried and failed.

You can see how well all those challenges worked.

A huge sign of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I am wondering if Birthers are those who ate a lot of wall candy, or their parents must have been closely related.
