It's funny how White people feel so threaten. Get over yourselves already.
You still enjoy White Privilege......for now.
Inherited intelligence doesn't just disappear overnight! I hope you thank the evil White man every night before you go to bed for providing you with this great invention, the computer...along with the internet....along with the television....along with the ipod....along with the automobile.....along with the airplane....along with air conditioning....I could go on all night (literally) but I have some privilege to tend to!
With the changing demographics, blacks political power will be next to nothing in the near future. Hispanics, Asians are the rising political groups and they have no white guilt.
Doesn't matter of the race! We all want a president to keep our country strong! We love Lincoln, Washington, FDR, John Adams, and Reagen to keep our country strong!
Obama launches African Americans for Obama and the Republicans launch the tea party, which is basically White Americans against Obama.
Shall we call it a draw?
No ...
Obama is playing the race card to get support ... this is racism.
The Tea Party is made up of American citizens from all walks of life, all ethnic backgrounds, and they believe in American and want to support America. The Tea Party is not against Obama exclusively, they are against anyone, any politician, democrat or republican, who are anti American and who want to change America, and who want to hurt America.
That campaign targeted a very specific group.
Why, it left out so many people!
Very divisive.
This thread grasps as straws, just like 99% of the others.
Asserting that the Moral Majority was divisive also asserts that those on the opposite side (those "left out") didn't share the same morals. Can you tell us which morals the Moral Majority supported that you and your bretheren opposed?
This is nothing new. Although I disagree with identity politics on principle, in the interest of fairness, you might wish to include all the identity-based organizations that contributed to the Obama campaign.
I suspect, and think I already know, that you will find the same types of interest groups organized and working on behalf of most if not all candidates in a national election. This is nothing new. Much fuss over nothing.
