It absolutely does not.
The perfect example being Trinity UCC itself. A church that Dr. Cone, author of "Black Theology and Black Power" and "A Black Theology of Liberation", once described as the best example of Black Liberation Theology in practice. It just so happens that Trinity UCC is voluntarily a member of the United Church of Christ, a predominately white 94%+ denomination. They are free to leave the UCC whenever they desire. In fact, it would benefit them financially if they did. Instead these supposed separatists and segregationists have chosen to remain in the UCC. Not only do they remain, but they contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to the denomination.
They sure are not acting like separatists and segregationist.
