What about a heterosexual man on heterosexual woman hate crime? If a heterosexual man claims to hate all heterosexual women and goes around raping heterosexual women, well hey, isn't that kind of like a black on black crime? After all they're both heterosexual, right?
And you do realize as well, that there are many gay men out there that use the term "Lesbian" as an insult in reference to other gay men ..
No, I had never heard of that. But I do know that in the Deaf community, some gay men have started finger spelling the word "gay" because they don't like the feminine connotations that the sign for "gay" has (it's signed close to the same way as "lesbian"). Point is, while straight people might view gay men and lesbian as one and the same, that doesn't necessarily mean gay men and lesbians themselves always do too. It's kind of like an atheist, who might lump together Catholics, Protestants, Lutherans, Baptists, Jehovah's Witnesses, and Mormons as being all "Christians", but that doesn't mean that the Catholics, Protestants, etc. all see themselves as following the same beliefs.
