I guess you don't pay attention. Black people are charged with hate crimes all the time - in fact, relative to population, they are charged with hate crimes much more often than white people.

True, black males in particular have a 6x higher rate of attacks vs. gays but of course some of that is going to be caused by urban proximity bias. Kinda like how polar bear attacks are more likely to occur to residents of Alaska than say Arizona.
Translation: I have never looked at the FBI hate crime statistics, but what I lack in facts I make up for with imagination.
