first off the requirement is that the president be a "natural born citizen". that requirement can also include someone born outside of the US to a US citizen parent. from the tribe/olson memo submitted by congress:
"These sources all confirm that the phrase “natural born” includes both birth abroad to parents who were citizens, and birth within a nation’s territory and allegiance."
you are correct that schwarzenegger ( schwartz? ) does not meet the criteria for a US natural born citizen.

The same elite who ran the Party are still in control of Russia (and are in control as much as ever) and in control of Pravda, but they ditched the communism. The KGB, including Putin, knew that communism only destroyed the power of a nation and that Russia would get back on its feet if it embraced capitalism. But the same people are in control. Ideology is expendable as long as the same hands are controlling power.

The GRU was the military intelligence agency of the Soviet Union. There certainly was a rivalry between them and the KGB, but I don't see how one could argue that one was stronger or better then any other. Besides, it was the Soviet Union - it would be heresy to suggest that one group is better than another, right?
