I'm assuming you meant Fort Hood. Is there something that makes you think that Nidal Hassan will not face the full force of the law? Is being called "terrorist" by the president part of the punishment?
Nodal Hasan is scheduled to go to trial this year and prosecutors will seek the death penalty. Sounds like full force of the law to me. Do you have some examples that actually support your complaint?

The accused in that case was an American soldier. He is being prosecuted, last time I checked. If there is something the government is not doing that it should be doing in that case, by all means tell us what it is.
