Yes, even the governor of California gets it when it comes to the feminization of men. Did Arnie coin the term "girly men?"
Men have been emasculated. there are so very many examples but they, of course won't all come to mind at this very moment.
That lame sitcom about "Raymond" and he's the wimpiest man I've had to suffer as he whines on tv and his wife is the obvious leader. TV commercials...I noticed a few years ago one that showed a woman slap a man on the arm, and then another such type of scene, but am not seeing any man playfully slap a woman's arm. Of course not! The stereotype used to be that only women were battered so can't show a man do what women can be shown doing.
I heard a radio commercial and of course it, too elevated women. The dad was the chiropractor and it was his office, but their son says that the important question wasn't "who's my dad" but "who's my mom" as if moms matter more than Dads.
At first, in infancy in ways, yes they do but before long and especially for a boy, the Dad matters just as much as the mom, if not more.
I don't need to compete with my hubby to be as confident and whole of a person as I am. Obviously, there's a mentality in this nation that is competing as women, against men.
Talk about grasping at straws, sheesh!
No, Arnie did not coin the term "girly man".
That was an SNL skit, which he did not write.
Do you really take TV as reality?
Frightening.
Are you trying to say she might not be truly objective or something?
Well, I thought I was commenting on consistency.
