I think justice would have been served regardless, but as is typical of blacks, they start getting excited and start screaming before the facts are in or the investigation complete. Lynch mob much? BTW, I would not be caught dead listening to the ''race baiter''.

No one said 'boo' about this for weeks. There was no investigation and wouldn't have been if the parents hadn't spoken out so how exactly would justice have been served?
I suppose that you are going to tell us with a straight face that had the situation involved one of your children that you would have just buried him and moved on, right?
As for the OP: sadly this is an all too common occurrence, however, I'm pretty sure that there will be an investigation in this case and probably arrests. Not expecting that some will understand the difference, however.

In the case of Roderick Scott he was arrested, charged and acquitted and he claimed self defense as well AND the kid shot was actually in the middle of going through a neighbors car.
If anything this fuels the fire as to why they should be protesting the Sanford Police Department. Similar situation yet the black man who shoots the white teen is actually arrested and charged and tried.
If you've been listening to Zimmerman's side you will hear he was being beat up by Trayvon and Trayvon attacked first.
Most don't want to hear about Zimmerman's side. Just like all people like Sharpton try to make Zimmerman out to be a full blooded white man.
Think about it........... if Zimmerman was just pure Mexican or Black wonder if there would be a story.

The investigation was taking place before anyone spoke out, it is required by law.
