CD poster three wolves makes a good point. Godwin's law is essentially that the first person to compare his/her opponent to Hitler loses the debate. We need a new version of this law, namely that the first person to accuse the opponent of racism with zero evidence loses the debate...

What you cut and pasted from that page is immediately preceded by a phrase that states this is a corralary of Godwin's Law.
What happens if the opponent IS really comparable to Hitler? He or she would win by default! Not cool!
Godwin's Law is not the new law, it's been around since the 90s.
This proposed "Three Wolves Law" (LOL!!!!), is about calling people racists without proof because you really have nothing to add to the debate.
And if the person really were comparable, in either scenario, I think all sides, (left, right, middle), would roundly and soundly ensure that they lost.
If you make a thread or post about certain races being more violent, less intelligent, etc..., I"m going to call you out, trying to shame me with some bs wolf law isn't going to stop me from calling a duck a duck.
We see George Zimmerman routinely accused of racism. I don't know whether he was justified or not, but I see zero evidence of racism. We saw Kanye West accuse W Bush of racism. The same Bush that appointed the first and second black Sec'ys of state, #4 in line of presidential succession. We saw Rick Perry accused of racism for using the common phrase 'dark cloud.' We saw lib pundit Spencer Ackerman urging his fellow libs to pick a random conservative and 'call them racist.'
