Sheriff Joe probably should have been charged sooner. With that said, it's good to see something is finally being done about this menace to law enforcement (not to mention the constitution).
Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a fine upstanding American and should be celebrated by patriotic American's everywhere.
To abuse the civil rights of any American is wrong.......... Hispanics born here or born in puerto rico etc ARE as Amercan as you and should not be harassed, that is NOT Patriotism.............
