This . The entire mandate will be upheld or defeated by one vote, and no one knows at this point what he's going to do.

If what you suggest come to pass, Obama will just try to side step it. As he has all laws that he doesn't like. It is his pattern.

doesnt matter, if obama sidesteps it, he still cannot force the citizens of the states to do what he wants. i for one would not follow what obama did, and no federal goon could make me.
