it will be enough of a ruling where no future president will ever think about making UHC an issue again. a good thing.

If what you suggest come to pass, Obama will just try to side step it. As he has all laws that he doesn't like. It is his pattern.

doesnt matter, if obama sidesteps it, he still cannot force the citizens of the states to do what he wants. i for one would not follow what obama did, and no federal goon could make me.
