As much as I think those home invaders deserve to fry, I just can't support the death penalty in good conscience.

Their next move should be building a supermax prison to put those two miserable animals in for the rest of their lives. They'll be wishing the death penalty hadn't been repealed then...

I've always found this to be the worst argument against capital punishment though

Killing is not always wrong, unacceptable or immoral. In self-defense it's fine. In defense of others it's fine. In war it's fine (assuming it's the enemy). And yes, if someone has proven themselves unqualified to exist among our society, I think it's fine.
