Would a one party government spend money on malls that nobody attends very often? I guess there is a chance of it and just think what happens in the US if the progressives take over control of the nation. It would be much the same thing as happened in the Soviet Union and is now happening in China.

Since the great rec., which was created by con. Eco. theory,there are many malls in the country which are really empty buildings just looking for tennants. A lot are 25% full or less. The Republican ideas of economics are the problem untill people see what they have done to our country. Sad, Roy you need to get out more and talk to people.

Who paid for all those American malls that are going stale? Somehow I think they were all built with private capital and that one in China was built with government money using central planning. You missed the whole thing but then you need to stop leaning so far your direction so you can understand what the score is.
Who builds and pays for the place is very important. Who plans for it may be pretty important too.
Roy, just like there is an empty mall in China, does not mean all American malls will soon be empty.
