I could go on and on, but one gets the message. So why the anger at this point and not, say, in 2007, when the evil Bush was president and Obama was but a weak senator and a dubious presidential candidate? For eight years there were African-American secretaries of state. Bush, through his African AIDS initiatives, saved millions of blacks who had no access to medicine. Minorities were visible in his cabinet. No one objected to the fact that Obama garnered 96% of the black vote, or thought much about it when, in the bitter Democratic primaries, the Clintons alleged that race was used to whip up support against them. So why, then, the anger now, when things should have improved even more?
And I do not mean just African-American anger. To read comments following these stories on the Internet is to enter the world of white counter-rage at a level I have never seen. We talk of black accusations of racism, but they are earning a counter-response that is equally scary, with some irate and others wearied to the point of quietism and isolation. The lurid Drudge Report weekly posts videos of African-American teens flash mobbing or attacking and beating whites, in not so subtle reminders that in terms of violent crime blacks commit roughly 50% of the offenses, while making up only 11-13% of the population, and are 7-8 times more likely to harm whites than vice versa. Indeed, 94% of all blacks who are murdered each year die at the hands of blacks. The more Eric Holder emphasizes racial distinctions, the more he seems oblivious to the fact that he is alienating far more than he is encouraging.
Great article. Its going to get bad out there, make no mistake.

If you guys only knew…We TRY to ignore race, only to be herded into “conference rooms” at work to be called insensitive and racist. We ignore it in talking politics with acquaintances, only to be called racist when we don’t like obama. We try to send our kids to (or work in) public schools, only to have such an atmosphere of hate around them (or us) that we have to pay extra for private schools. We try to walk through (not live in), just walk through, black areas (and increasingly, family places like state fairs) only to be beaten just for being alive. We ignore race, only to be called “cowards” and then have to pay ‘the white tax” for universities our kids can’t go to and bus systems we can’t ride. Then, to top it off, the idiots among us elect a guy who sees everything through a racial lens, who appoints an AG who openly says he will not act in discrimination cases against white people — with OUR tax money AGAIN.
Sorry — went off there. But we are a society that has been screamed at for being racist for decades, to the poisonous point that many voted for a marxist, inexperienced, liar who comes from who-knows-where, just to try to stop the name-calling. And it still doesn’t stop.
Both Black and White are stirring the pot and sooner or later it will boil over if calmer heads do not prevail. The Bpp has called for blood running in the streets. I can't understand why they aren't telling those who support them that part of that blood will be more black young men. Would you support them if you knew it could be your son or daughter that you could be burying? Politicians are using our youth to further their own careers. You can bet Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson will not take part in any riots, but will support them as they sit on their couch and watch it on their big screen. Then there are the whites that rant about being prepared for a race war. I ask again, are you ready to bury your children? We have lived this nightmare before in our history. Do we really want to re-live it again? Politicians are driving a wedge between us intentionally and we are taking it all hook line and sinker. Wake up! These politicians don't give a damn about anything but their own agenda and they will use YOU or even your children to accomplish their goals..
The negative pathologies in the African American community are turning off a lot of people. It's only a matter of time before a serious backlash manifests itself.

I always went along with the saying,"what goes around, comes around". I don't mean anything derogitory, Just that eventually, it will make things worse for blacks, with whites turning their backs and refusing any support/help at all.
When you point out the common behavior of a significant percentage of a certain minority group then you are a racist.
If you declare that you simply want safe streets and schools for your children then you are a racist.
When you declare that you simply want fair consideration for employment, loans and higher education despite the lack of melanin in your skin then you are a racist.
When you quote the lyrics of popular "music" that contain a particularly offensive word that begins with the letter "n" you are a racist even though you are quoting what the "artist" wrote.
When you suggest that certain individuals in a certain minority group could serve as wonderful role models despite the fact that, unlike most of their brethren, they support limited government and personal responsibility then you are a racist because you are supporting the wrong ones.
But when you declare that you and your ancestors are, indeed, to blame for the lack of progress of a certain minority group then you finally have achieved enlightenment...you are a "progressive".
