By the way, that's about the craziest dumb**** law that I've ever heard about, it's even dumber than "stand your ground". Can't wait to see the cases coming out of this one, as every tom, dick, and sovereign citizen, and tea bagger decides for themselves what is and what isn't a lawful search and decides to shoot it out with ZOG.

Of course it could help raise the average IQ of Indianians.
It could -- depends on how many progressives get caught in the crossfire.

All cops have to do is lie and say something like ' I smelled pot' or 'he said he was going to shoot me' for so called probable cause to search without a warrant...Then the courts of course accept the cops word with no question as if they are GOD and never lie. In reality THUGS and insecure power hungry twinks seem to be disproportionately attracted to law enforcement.

There needs to be more checks and balances.

However with that said, it is a breath of fresh air to encounter a good, friendly cop sometimes. Some cops are good and I respect them. Begrudgingly I am also beyond respectful to complete ******* cops who are ****bags to me for absolutely no reason when I do something so horrible as not wearing a seatbelt or going 10miles over the speed limit
