Certainly problems wouldn't disappear overnight but they would be severely mitigated. Quite the contrary if access to young fertile women were curtailed to men who were about business you would probably see a similar shift in behavior of men in order to obtain these women, the power of the p***y is real.

As it stands now the thuggish, most brutish African American men are the ones who enjoy a wide array of reproductive options and of course the community suffers as a result.
