not really. same reason that romney hasn't been overtly forthcoming with his financial records ( you'd think that being very successful in business is something you'd want to promote ). those that lean left tend to see the rich as "elitist" and those that lean right tend to see the educated as "elitist".

both are desperately trying to appear to be just " the average joe you'd like to have a beer with ".

Seems the far left hasn't been singing that tune when it comes to Romney's tax records, dog carrier or even GW Bush's college grades.

Transparency for thee but not for me......typical Progressive elitism.

Obama has released his tax records, Bush's grades were leaked (and boy was he pissed off about it) and what the hell does dog carriers have to do with anything?

If you want to make a case for a double standard, you should attempt to first get a clue and then try to assemble a coherent thought.

Yes, because a candidate's college grades from 25 years ago are exactly equal to a candidate's tax returns for the last 10 years. Typical conservative false analogy. It's nice, too, how you throw in things that have nothing to do with the topic at hand. Typical conservative deflection.

Obama has released his tax returns going back to the year 2000. Transparency would be if Romney released his as well. He won't, and you aren't demanding it of him. Typical GOP hypocrisy. (This is fun!)

Only someone with a extremely low intelligence level would think grades two Decades ago would matter in deciding who to vote for.

I'll tell you exactly where this silliness comes from.

Some right wing partisan, reads a right wing hate site that produces this nonsense, then they come over to this site and repeat their daily outrage of the day.
Yep, you didn't read the link provided. At least, not nearly all of it. However, it came from Daily Caller and not Media Matters although MM was mentioned in the article.
