Looks like Mittens is all set to be the puppet for the religious right we thought he'd be.

Not a problem, he will not be running the Nation for the next four years anyway. But good to know his true colors just in-case he tries again in four years.

He's an idiot and a coward.

Dear Mitt,

Old, straight, white men only. We will provide you with the necessary non-whites and females in due time. You have been warned.

Insincerely,

Your puppet masters.

Yeah, it just says the Romney's gay foreign policy expert was instructed to sit silent during a foreign policy meeting which he planned because he's gay....

After reading the article I too echo the fact nowhere in this article is Romney himself the reason this person was asked to leave....

Tip 'O the hat to the OP for showing us once again how progressive liberals twist and spin the truth

Or should I say ALL politicians twist and spin the truth....

Let's be honest - he resigned based on the actions of the Romney advisors. Being gay was the issue here.

I say that if the guy is good, and he is loyal - you stick up for him and say he is on the team because of his work - not his social life. Restate that he (Romney) is not in favor of same sex marriage, while at the same time spell out personal differences do not cancel out good talent.

Here's another truth. This shows the weakness of the Romney group. If they are pressuring him not to speak up and do his job, as it says here...

Yet foreign policy debates, the kind that Mr. Grenell was eager to wade into, kept sprouting up on the campaign trail, and he kept pressing for a chance to jump in. Each time, he was rebuffed. He was, friends said, a spokesman with no voice.

... what are they going to do with the direct pressure from the unions, Hispanics, blacks, media, etc... ?

I just don't think this was the right approach from the Romney people.

He's the guy more scarier than obama.

Has Mr. Romney made any statement yet?

Or is he just going to keep letting Bryan Fischer et. al. speak for him?

No way. No chance.

Obama's record is what's scary. He can't even run on any of his own accomplishments, or how America has gotten better since he's been in office.
