Yes, it was going to happen sooner or later, especially in Spain or Greece. The numbers of demonstrators differed between what police thought and what organizers thought from a total of may 100,000 to 220,000. The people are acting very much like the OWS people in this country and demanding the government spend more than the austere conservatives have been doing.

I hope this is not the beginning of the end of peace but the Madrid city government says they will not allow a continual 4 day strike with camping out in their main square. They gave about 4 hours today and say only 10 hours the next three days. I think that there are enough unemployed people in Spain for this one to get serious.

Young people have to find something to do if they aren't working.

Starting fires and smashing windows should keep the kids entertained this summer.

These people are pathetic.
The austeruty happened because they were entitlement monsters just like OWS and they ate up the treasury.
Now there is no money, Spain is worried about the elderly and disabled and the entitlment monsters want the treasury some more.
If that country is lucky a good number of that 200,000 might fall off the face of the planet.

The poor will extract their revenge, by hook or by crook.

The entitlement minded will not take any job, they will demand the treasury. This is NOT shocking and we will have that happen here in the United States as well because many of our people have a sweet tooth for other people's money and the treasury as well.

If they are poor, it is mostly due to themselves.

Obviously I disagree, but regardless, redistribute your wealth or they will redistribute your blood.

The wealthy decided to not work as hard, to make less money, hire less people and if they are particularly wealthy they changed citizenship.

California as an example had most of the wealth take off. Over half are now gone and CA never mentions their half trillion dollar pensions deficit.

People need to learn shame and to accept any type of work, not just the 60k - 100k job they THINK they are worth.

Take these college kiddies and force bus them out into the fields and make them work for a year so they can better understand that carrying a sign, banging drums, chanting and causing property damage does not in any way shape or form help a destitute society.....
