Made in America has become a thing of the past, seems China is starting to experience the same problem.

Quote:
They’re the worker bees of China’s labour market – the four million poorly paid men and women who drive Guangdong’s massive textile industry. But now they’re demanding higher pay and better conditions, and in response companies are relocating to countries where labour is even cheaper – like Vietnam, Cambodia and Bangladesh. "Made in China" is a worldwide brand, but are we now witnessing the beginning of its end?

No more 'Made in China'? - FRANCE 24

obama says he'll get jobs to return to America? ~ Yup, as long as the American worker settles for $50.00 a month with no benefits....

The middle class exists because of liberal labor policies and the unions. Before then, we were basically a 2 class society.

Wow! not even the extreme progressive liberal leftists think that...

So just what source did you get that from?

Being aloud as in speaking? or allowed as in being able to do something?

The people that are more evil than me are currently in the White House....

China will probably follow Japan. Both countries don't have enough kids to replace the older people dying out and so on.

In the long run Demographics is Destiny. China destroyed its own future with the One Child policy without a national pension plan so parents would not have to select for boys in the hope for financial support in their old age. Their population has a skewed male/female ratio in the current generation. That will increase in the future as even fewer girls are born. In two or three generations China will have effectively destroyed itself.

On the other side of the great Pacific pond, the US, not having a similar policy will continue to have a normal male/female ratio even as the overall population declines due to a lower birth rate. The stabilization and decline of our population after the Baby Boomers pass away could result in a balanced income distribution as fewer young people will be available to work so wages will increase. Much to the annoyance of a substantial part of the current US population most of these children and eventually the population of the US will be brown instead of a whitish pink. No big deal because they will still be Americans.

The problem is the same in South Korea and also in Russia.

The country all have the same thing in common, they are all extremely nationalistic and resistant to intermarriage to others outside their nationality or ethnic group.

The Republican Party platform is basically an attempt to send America back to the "Robber Baron" era of American economics.
