That is the only thing I would say separates someone like Putin from our version of oligarchs and their servants. Putin is more honest.

It's fine if those Occupy people protest. What I'm getting sick of is the fact that they are constantly trying to **** everything up for ordinary people like me, who are not "1%."

Over here, they're always taking over building that don't belong to them, trying to shut down roads and bridges, trying to shut down ports, rioting in Oakland... Last time, they went on a rampage in a San Francisco neighborhood called the Mission and busted up a whole street of cars and small businesses. There were no 1%s there...they busted up places like one of my favorite bakeries. What the hell was that good for? Beyond that, they're now even occupying farm land belonging to UC Berkeley, which was being used for scientific agricultural research.

At some point, they stopped being just protesters and became spoiled bums who think they are entitled to anyone and everyone's property through any violent means they desire.

People over here in the Bay are SICK of them by now!

Example of someone suggesting their freedom of speech be abridged?

I know this may be hard for some of you but you need to separate criticizing the protesters and freedom of speech.

I've heard many people, mostly right wingers, complain when people protest.

This in fact is free speech.
Do you not understand the hypocrisy of your statement?

You're right to free speech ends when you start trampling all over the rights of others, you can't expect to ileegally occupy a public park, road, sidewalk or other public place that I have rights too or interfere with my business. Your rights do not trump mine.

Your post makes absoultely makes no sense and absurd. Calling for the incarceration of protestors is exercising your free speech, but it's also calling for the infringement of the speech of others. You have the right to criticize people for protesting, and I have the right to call you anti-freedom. It's one thing to criticize the policies or view of protesters, it's another to critize the act of protesting. I'll critiize the KKK but I won't critize their right to march or protest.

Ows is made up of liberal morons who don't know exactly what they stand for other than the idea that they aren't responsible for their student loans. The Tea Party is made up of proud conservative Americans who want less government to reduce the national debt. Liberals hurt the area where they protest.

It would seem the hostile people are the ones in the protests breaking laws, partaking in the destruciton of private and public property, rape, arson, etc... .

After three and a half years of Obama bashing, all that outrage over the Dixie Chicks does seem a little hypocritical.

I know, Tea Party people were branded as violent and racist by progressives and their media friends.

People protest and you label them rapist, arsonist, and criminals. Thanks for proving my point.

When you are trampling all over the rights of others such as closing down a port stopping commerce, preventing others from going to work you've gone beyond the rights to freedom of speech. They should be jailed. Their rights do not trump the rights of others. That's the bottom line.
