Uh oh and so another State fall victim to Nanny Statism.

Meh. Apparently this distiller doesn't have half the pair of the brewer in Park City Utah who fought to keep selling his Polygamy Porter. He fought it on First Amendment foundations when the LDS tried to have his brewery & brew pub shut down and he won. IIRC the moto was something like: Polygamy Beer, take some home for the wives.

Herman Cain was right about one thing. This country needs a sense of humor.
