Talk about setting the Baghdad clock back to a McKinley era style Panamanian colonial rule. I am wondering how long it will be before the Iraqi people decide that extraterritoriality will be one of the binding causes to national solidarity against the occupation of Iraq. I did notice that Maliki's desire to kick Blackwater out has since subsided into mere simple charges, even though the masses with pitchforks and torches are gathering in the streets.
