Literally.
I am a conservative, but far from a Puritan.

It is a long way from demonstrating common decency to being a Puritan.

So at a family place, women must subject themselves to severe pain for appearance sake, even when there would not be any appearance of breasts should a woman not wear a bikini top?

I know. It implies thinking, which obviously has no place is some people's world. But I dare to hope, what can I say.

You do realize that you are arguing in favor of making a woman without breasts or nipples, due to a double mastectomy, wear a top, merely "because shes a woman"?

And don't forget that the top will induce pain. After all, what kind of family would it be without a woman in unnecessary pain?

Men, no breasts, have nipples, no top required.
Woman, breasts removed, nipples removed, must wear top because "if" she had breasts they "would" be exposed if she went topless.

Nope, still doesn't make sense.

And haven't you heard, according to eric, men "run around topless" too.
And some of those men have bigger boobs than I do!

I don't know, and not to make light of breast cancer, but, to look at it from reality's standpoint.

Reason so simple that it is easily conveyed in a cartoon, and yet some people still don't get it.
