I know some who also feel your sentiments exactly. Give them an inch, they'll gladly take the mile home stretch?

In ten years it will be a complete take over by the government. This is known by Obama and his goal.

I thought he was truly different from Washington insiders, and that he really understood the hardships and struggles that ordinary Americans were facing.

So the idea that he wants to require people to get health insurance without making it affordable, and thus stress people out even more, has got me pretty fired up. Now people are just going to have more troubles, as they will be required to have insurance that they cannot afford, because they have no jobs, because this incompetent administration cannot figure out how to stimulate the economy.

I think i have a case of Buyer's Remorse.

I'm a sucker. I bought into the whole thing, hook, line, and sinker. The only thing i can say is that i'm still relatively young, and hopefully in the future i will learn to be more careful about believing any politician's campaign promises.
At this point we can only hope that the next president will go in and overturn this. I hope you are going to vote for the Republican candidate this time. I do not have a lot of confidence in Romney myself, but I am hoping with enough pressure he will be motivated to undo a lot of the damage done by Obama. We can only hope, at this point.

Well I don't know what to say about this except it's quit obvous you are young to believe and think the way you do. Politics isn't pretty, and whatever you don't like about it didn't start with Obama (you started with Obama..big difference) and it's not going to end with him. You won't get Jesus in the White House and there will never be a single person who will make everything better and a Republican or Third Party POTUS won't magically make things nice. In fact, "better" isn't always going to be what you think it is so that's something you need to deal with too. Sorry you're so unhappy but nobody promised you a rose garden. Not even Obama.

We will send Obama and his mandates to canada. We Americans don't want mandates dictated to us what we have to buy.

I would vote for Gary Johnson. Mitt Romney is just a big government Republican. He's definitely the lesser of two evils, but I'm not going to settle on him.

Everyone needs to also focus more on congressional races.

Dont forget to tell the poster that the freedom from mandates will not be here either. Anything can be mandated to the American people and one day you will be surprised what can be taxed though the mandate that now is in place.

Who knows what regulations about that kind of thing has been written by HHS? They have really been getting ready for this law to go into effect. They created over 50 office of bureaucrats to put it into effect. I don't know how many thousands of pages of rules and regulations HHS did but it was very many reams and we will be surprised at what they have done.
