Live food? I admit to eating sushi, but the tuna is at least dead...
If you mean unprocessed food, sure. I love nuts, fresh fish and chicken, and whole grains, and similar. I was a paleo dieter when paleo wasn't cool. I don't each much refined flour or sugar. It's kept me thin.
But good vitamins provide the same nutrients for those who don't have a gallon of pumpkin seeds handy.
