Actually, some of us are starting to wonder if it might not go deeper than that - that perhaps the OP is "struggling" with some issues herself and is hoping to have those issues validated by someone.

Hence, the topic of this thread: "Make a case for the normality of homosexual culture and behavior."

I, for one, am wondering if she is just hoping that someone will be able to convince her that her feelings are "normal."

It's okay, LuckyGem! You can come out of the closet now. Really, if you look at the responses on this thread, you will see there are way more of us who can and will accept you.........just the way god made you.

There is nothing to be ashamed about and you have no reason to feel abnormal. Most of us, I believe, will also support your right to marry the person you love, even if that person was born with the same plumbing that you were born with.

And, if you should want to adopt and give a loving home to a child (or children) who desperately need it, with two loving (but same sex) parents, that would be WONDERFUL.

Because it is not normal. Causes damage mentally and physically not only to the participants but to the witnesses as well just as pornography or even wandering eyes puts a strain on relationships. 3% of any population does not deserve any rights that the normal have unless they are willing to act normal whether that 3% be gay, tatooed, have a toe fetish or whatever 3% should not demand anything other than normalcy.

Then don't watch.

And I'm pretty sure the only damage to the participants is done by the haters and the bigots. You know - like the prep school boys who took scissors to the hair of a classmate they suspected was gay.

WOW. And here I thought that the constitution applied to ALL people.

Thanks for letting me know that it only applies to those YOU personally approve of.

Right....and if every person followed your suggestion, and didn't post for fear of butting in on a supposed private inquiry, this place would be just as vacant.

Anyone else find it amusing that liberals spend quite a bit of their time **itting all over the Constitution....EXCEPT when it supports an argument they're trying to make?

Can someone please answer this question for me. I've asked this several times and have only been met with hostility. Its an honest question that I'm extremely curious about.

When it comes to lesbian couples, for the most part I usually see one who is feminine and one who is masculine. Now if you're going to be with a woman who walks, talks, dresses, and has the machismo of a man, why not just be with a man? Its obvious they like all the traits of a man. I'm confused....
