Psychological profiles are generally conducted by psychologists, not psychiatrists, who are MD's and specialize in psychiatry. Besides, no self respecting psychogists would conduct an evaluation without meeting the client or having extensive medical records. The guy sounds like a quack.

The guy brags about his profiling techniques in several cases that have been unsolved. He sounds like a quack.

I did some quick research on this guy, it gets worse, from one of his books

"In this fascinating and enlightening new book, Dr. Andrew G. Hodges conducts an imaginary interview with the most influential person in history, Jesus Christ"

Hopefully he will do as Bush has done and get offf the stage.He shuould have learn that from how Clinton still darws more people listening to him.
