He says that this union will no longer leave them patient oriented but make them doctor oriented which will not be in the best interests of the patients. Obamacare has some regulations that will drive doctors into the arms of hospitals where they will become wage earners and not what they have always been. Do many of you union supporters think this will be good, in the end?

I have no idea what a unionized doc would be like. All I know is that the docs today really don't seem to care about you. Not all though because some do care but I find that very rare. My OB who I have gone to for 30 years and who delivered my kids will still make a house call at no charge. But he is an old time doc and ready to retire. Other docs I see make me come in for test results instead of giving them over the phone. No reason for that except to charge me for another office visit. I don't think they are patient oriented at all.
So I doubt docs being unionized will be any different from what they are now.

That's one doctor's opinion. Does he have any evidence to back up his claims, or is it purely conjecture?

Nonsensical premise.

Who cares anyway? More unions can't be a bad thing regardless.

The old union man has spoken. I guess since this man agrees with what I have thought all along since Obamacare was passed. I really do believe that doctors will have to go to work for wages at hospitals and give up their private practices. Can you think that far into Obamacare?

Nurses are unionized, so why not.

I really don't know what he has, but I have thought this would come around ever since the Democrats passed Obamacare with no Republican votes. How far into socialism can he take us before we shuck hum?

Let them unionize. It is their right to do so. Big deal.
