Historically middle class areas have good access to health care services. With the decimation of the middle class and health care affordability, I wouldn't be shocked if P.P expands up the income levels.
That being said, we actually have a few Planned Parenthoods in affluent suburbs. Where the average household income is about $100k.
Well certainly no race should be targeted for abortions. I am against abortion in all but the most extreme cases...like if the parents are Republicans, but other than that I am against it.
