First off, the TEA Party is not a political party, the Boston Tea Party was an event in US history

As a modern day political movement, for the thousand or so groups claiming to belong to the TEA party movement have many different leaders, with different agendas and opinions

I see quite a bit of hypocrisy. On one hand the left says the tea party has no power and the other the attack the tea party out of fear of their power. if the tea party has no power why does the left give them power by attacking them
