Obama, Liar-in-Chief, once again puts politics ahead of leadership. He has to, of course, since he is not a leader.

The Wall Street Journal has an excellent analysis of this myth perpetuated by the Campaigner-in-Chief.

The claim comes from an out-of-date Congressional Budget Office report that wrongly asserted that there might be a shortfall in the year 2022, but now has pulled back from that claim.

He is not allowed to make changes since the Dems were able to use his first suggestions. They just won't put up with this kind of changes since they need to have the original numbers from CBO to use against him.
