True, this happened in Aug. 2012. It went nowhere thanks to the parents, Facebook, and sensible people around the country who forced the nincompoops at the school to back down.

And the ACLU even got involved. It was the public reaction that made it go nowhere, not that it was a non-issue that went nowhere.
