I have heard of cases where pregnant women were murdered and the murderer was charged with TWO deaths. I agree with this, but then, why is it not murder when the woman aborts the baby? Is it alive when the man (most murderers are men) does it but not alive when the woman does it?

Indiana currently does not allow abortions after 20 weeks, so it wouldn't be legal. Regardless, obviously this woman has mental or emotional problems, charging her with murder is ridiculous. Way I figure it, she tried to give herself the death penalty and God said no.

It is highly unlikely that in the end that she would get prosecuted for murder.

"partial birth abortion" is a term invented by anti choicers.

Abortion on demand is illegal after 20 weeks in Indiana.

Please, inform me how one would abort a 32 week old fetus and the reason why it would have to be done to protect a womans life?

And then seperately, her health.

Lastly, the argument was that it couldn't be done. It was.
