The fact is he has already been tried and sentenced for that crime. So we must ask why the fed is investigating him. We know it is just a coincidence it is because a film he was involved in irritated a few loons, right.

Now "Alan Roberts" is popping up as the director of this film.
Who is he ? Some soft porn director who did films like "The Happy Hooker goes to Hollywood"

The Innocence of Muslims film, which allegedly cost $100,000 to produce, was reportedly co-ordinated by Joseph Nasrallah Abdelmasih's Media for Christ nonprofit.
It was apparently directed by soft pornographer Alan Roberts, an industry veteran whose prior work was dominated by titles like "Happy Hooker Goes Hollywood".
