I want to see the IRS tax them into obscurity, regardless of who they support. They pay no taxes because they are separate from the government.

The government doesn't offer prayers or promote any religion over another, churches promote religion and don't support one candidate over another. That's always been the deal. They should not be allowed to have it both ways.

They pay no tax because they are non profit. Just like many non profits that involve themselves into politics.

Do you also complain about AARP?

Only Black churches are allowed to talk about politics.

Or Planned Parenthood. I don't see any problem with it. I think it is unconstitutuional and they very well may be able to overturn this law. The Constitution says that govenment can not force itself into religion. And that is what this is. Doesn't say that the religion can't include politics. If Jeramiah Wright can say "GD America" while on the pulpit, than anything goes.
