20% is not a lot at all. Had you said 40-50%, I think you would have a good argument.

BOTH blacks and whites have a role to play in this. It's not one group, it's both.
Total nonsense. Millions of blacks and whites interact everyday all across the country.

Not only do they not have any problems, they get along just fine.

Sometimes they even become friends.

But don't tell anyone. If people found out then the dopey arse liberals would have to find another make believe issue to cry about.

It's posts like yours that keep the fire burning. As the OP stated, both blacks and whites have a equal role to play in this act.

Any quota based hiring preferance.
Any quota based promotion system.
How many law suits have been filed based on X amount of whatever race were not promoted. The fact they scored lower than those who did get hired or promoted wasn't a factor..

That doesn't mean racism is being dealt with.

Sure. I was asked a question but it was my post pointing out an institutionalized racism that is the problem, the racism isn't?

Sure you can find a few examples of racism here and there and extrapolate that to the entire U.S. population. But only a dumb arse liberal would believe it.

Maybe we should pass a law that says all towns in the U.S. must be 40-50% minority and 40-50% white.
