One of key values of Americans sure does seem to be money. When see/hear people it looks like money is more important than say freedom or justice.

For example, often response to why the USA is so great is because you have economic freedom to possibly become rich! I think there people who would willingly give away some of their constitutional rights as long they see a monetary benefit.

As for justice, I know people are willing take advantage or harm others to make money. There are a few people who will even back stab you if they see financial benefits to them.

Often, it seems like most people could live without much freedom or justice as long they were rich and doing well themselves.
