The question needs to be asked... One day you are all for obama, the next day you are against him. Do you do this intentionally just to screw with the multitude of weak minds on C-D, or is your memory so bad you forget, from day to day, just who you really are for....??
In any case, yes, obama has destroyed the economy and added millions to the unemployment rate. I believe this is intentional in his quest to bring America to it's knees in order for him to install socialism.
He has evil intentions for this country, and four more years of him will finish his destruction of the country.
You kids will be living in a third world country...

Ill never be for Obama, I dont think he is good but I think he deserves a second chance because he inherited a mess. Four years isn't a long enough time for economic policy to come to fruition based upon the scope and depth of the economic malaise he started with. I'm just trying to be fair. And before somebody brings up Ronald Reagan , that is a different scenario. 1. Reagan wasnt handed substantial debt but created alot of it. 2. Jimmy Carter DEFEATED runaway inflation caused by Nixon removing the gold standard. Doing so required drastic measures including rasing interest rates significantly. So when Reagan started he had minimal debt and high interest rates. That is a good position to start a Presidency from. You can lower interest rates aggressively from massively high levels which massively spurs growth in conjunction with minimal debt so you can lower taxes aggressively as well. A monkey can prosper under those circumstances. This was nothing as difficult or comparable to what Obama inherited

Fair enough.
That said in his first four years he has doubled the debt. Squandered billions in bad investments, half a billion on 1 company alone.
He involved us in Libya, clearly none of our business. Squandered billions there and now we have 4 dead Americans to show for it.
After the 911 riots he attempted to send Egypt an additional 450 million dollars.
He has surrounded himself with what can be described as radicals.
He had a head of the EPA forced to resign do to falsifying evidence and openly hostile towards anything but green energy.
He claims he didn't know that there was a security risk in Libya inspite of CIA warnings and requests for more security.
I didnt know is just about the worst excuse any leader can use.
His running mate is a baffoon and a drunk.
He has divided a nation, pushed class warfare, and inspite of the trillions of dollars spent the unemployment is effectively the same as when he took office.
I am in this country anoth 5 years and I am gone along with most of my money. But my kids will be here. I am fortunate as I never counted on SS. My retirement is diverse and solid.
We can not continue to spend the way we have.
Romney. I disagree with many things he stands for, but the man has more experience building business in 1 year of his life than Obama has in his entire life. He left Mass in the black when he started in the red.
He left Mass as bench mark in education for the nation.
He has balanced a budget before. Has Obama?
He has found ways to work with the other side. Has Obama?

This country CANNOT take another 4 years.....he may have "inherited" a mess, but he's made it MUCH worse. He deserves to be fired. Period.

If I had a person running my business that made decisions like Obama has made, we'd be bankrupt....oh, that's right...that's where America is headed!

He's had his chance...he failed...we can't afford more of this man.

Please stop promoting this lie, Obama didn't inherit crap. He knew what he was getting into when he was campaigning and got whiny when he realized what he would have to actually take on as President. If he didn't want this responsibility than he should have just let Hillary run and be her VP. Leaders don't make excuses they deal with the issues at hand, he's had four years in which he has done nothing other than make things worse. You shouldn't want more of the same let alone to have the situation get worse.

He inherited a mess that was partially created by a Dem controlled House(2006-2010) and Congress (2006-2012), and has made it entirely worse.

What economic policy? Can you tell me what his policy is? If he had one, why haven't they set a budget in FOUR YEARS? This has never happened in the history of our country. It's illegal not to set a budget, as set forth in the Constitution.

The budget process forces Congress to set priorities to protect the people’s money and put it to its appropriate use. Instead, the Democrat-controlled Senate has abdicated its responsibility. The result? The deficit is soaring, causing a looming tax burden and injecting uncertainty into the economy, leaving jobs and economic growth on the table. It’s no wonder the U.S. economy’s growth is so tepid.

The liberal Senate is intentionally blocking the passage of a budget so there are no constraints (legally) to their expansion of debt.

- “There’s no need to have a Democratic budget, in my opinion,” Reid told the Los Angeles Times last week. “It would be foolish for us to do a budget at this stage.” Instead, Reid wants to wait to see if the deficit-reduction meetings led by Vice President Biden bear any fruit. Before that, Reid wanted to wait for the Gang of Six — now nearly defunct — to come up with something.

- Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) last Thursday announced he would not mark up a budget resolution until the debt ceiling talks being led by Vice President Joe Biden produce an agreement. Critics note that Conrad had been unable, as of last week, to get all the Democrats on his committee to agree on a mix of spending cuts and tax increases to go in the budget resolution.

This is the most dysfunctional government we've ever had. They are doing this intentionally, and with malice. They should be investigated and imprisoned for treason.
