This one is for Fleet who seems to think O'Reilly isn't an entertainer....which I personally think he is a successful entertainer who has made millions entertaining people while talking about politics. I personally wouldn't think someone would want to turn to O'Reilly to get their daily news, but I could see how people would want to turn to him to get their daily entertainment that comes from politics.

He is a political entertainer, he is not a Journalist. He gives an opinion and that is not a reporter.

He's a talking head and propaganda spreader, not even in the same dimension of a journalist.

Thank you, it is amazing how some people here don't seem to get that. Which there is nothing wrong with being a political entertainer, nor am I saying anything he says is untrue, I am just saying he should be taken as an entertainer because that is what he is doing.

Actually, your whole poll is wrong. You didn't list the thurd option. BILL O'REILLY IS A NEWS COMMENTATOR. Just like Chris Mathews, and that b*tch on MSNBC.

Actually I should of said "News Entertainer" So for entertainer, that is what it means, this includes "news commentators" because that is just another way of saying entertainer.

He provides editorial commentary (opinion) not journalism (strict reporting of the news).

He is an entertainer on a news network.

Just wanted to bump this back up to the top for Fleet who seemed to be very interested in this topic and I figured he would like to comment on it.
