colleges only maintain application records for a few years. in the case of occidental it is 5 years. trump has made an offer equivalent to offering $5 million to charity if i get my daughter a unicorn ( then criticizing me when i don't).
either trump never researched retention schedules before offing $5million (which i'd find foolish) or he intentionally set up a scenario which nobody could satisfy (which i'd find pretty sleazy).

Trump could have simply written a check for a charity and kept it moving, but instead he's still peddling this racist "Obama doesn't belong here" nonsense. And considering that he's still babbling about how Obama's birth certificates fake, there's no need to think that he'd pay a dime even if Obama did agree to his petty demands.

i certainly don't know (trump's notorious refusal to release any financial information has come up each time he's entertained running for office). but what i do know is that either:
A): trump had no knowledge of colleges retention schedules.
or
B): he had no intention of making good on the $5million offer.
First, he has a law degree--a juris doctorate or doctor of jurisprudence (law)--and not a masters. You don't write a thesis for a law degree. You graduate and then take the bar exam to be licensed to practice in the states where you plan to work.
Second, colleges don't keep applications for more than a few years, so that's long gone. His transcript will only show his grades and the courses he took.
Third, no matter how hard you wish it was otherwise, he couldn't have got into Harvard Law without REALLY good grades.

I'm a conservative and I can say I could care less what grades Obama got in college. It doesn't change the fact that he's the president and besides being interesting likely wouldn't change anyones minds at this point making it both obnoxious and pointless

Don't know, don't care. He says he has five million ready to go, but he'll only actually pay it if the president performs tricks for him. Since every sensible person knows that Obama has work to do and isn't interested in Trumps childish antics, this is Trump refusing to donate the money he says he has.
