Everybody should have the freedom to make the best decision for themselves about when, if and how to start or grow a family—free from political interference.
My guess is that most unwanted pregnancies occur from casual non-thinking, unprotected sex rather than being married, in a committed relationship and not rape either. I don't feel sorry for those who treat sex like it's just physical gratification and get pregnant.
You're saying that, by merely choosing to have sex — with or without a condom or other protection — a woman becomes responsible for having a child. That's a belief that has everything to do with judging a woman's behavior, and nothing to do with the value of life.
Who cares? If you want a baby, have one. If you don't, don't. Don't worry about what other people are doing with their own bodies when it does not affect you and everyone will be much better off.
