Murder has a legal definition, and that definition excludes abortion.

As explained above, not all homicides are murder. If you cause an automobile crash and someone dies, that is homicide, but not murder.

Who cares? If you want a baby, have one. If you don't, don't. Don't worry about what other people are doing with their own bodies when it does not affect you and everyone will be much better off.
