97% Climate-scientists, Obama and most politicians agree we have a severe climate-oproblem.
(If there is not a problem is not any subject in this thread! There are another one for that dispute.)
Romney agreed before but pretend he changed to win now, he is waiting for 100% experts to agree in this matter.
By that time it is all to late.
Since when does 100% scientists agree in anything?

Yes, we are supposed to ship more jobs to China and India to reduce global warming. Yes, that will work.

Before I proceed with this discussion just so I have an understanding of your knowledge of the topic when you say 97% of climate scientists exactly how many scientists is that in real numbers? Certainly if you're going to make that statement you know where that number comes from, impress me with your knowledge of the topic.

1) Where did you get 97% of climate scientists agree on severe climate problem?
2) What is this severe climate problem?
3) Where did you get that Romney is waiting for 100%?

Got to keep those grants coming. My colleague is desperately seeking tenure and part of doing that requires that she gets grant funding, and that means to write grants centered on "oh noez, our childrenz aren't learning, we need Artificial Intelligence game based environments, send me $5 million please". Perhaps some of these people need to spend a little time inside the ivory tower to see how the scam works.

From the media and other let wing sources that so often cite this number without understanding where it came from.

Yep .... and 97% of climatologists have a powerful incentive to set themselves up at the center of an environmental bureaucracy which, BTW, doesn't know how to address the supposed "crisis", but will quickly agree that it requires more stsff and a larger appropriation every year.

It's a tough job market out there for many scientists, especially those who wish to pursue academia rather than join the real world. Exploiting money from DC is paramount to getting that "job for life".
