False premise. The responsibility for murders falls upon the murderers. That said, there are questions about Obama's handling (or not) of the situation. It remains yet to be seen if the White House could have taken steps to protect American lives, but we won't know until the right questions are asked and answered.
1. Lack of security even though increased security was requested
2. During the attack, although they begged for help Obama proves American lives are expendable.
3. After the attack, Obama continually claiming that it was in reaction to a video
4. The continued left wing media doing anything to help Obama get re-elected including trying to keep the attacks low profile.

Why bother with an investigation at all? Fox News--and the brain dead zombies who feed off of it--have already declared this a scandal of unprecedented proportions. No facts needed or wanted. They would just get in the way of Fox's M.O. of drawing their conclusions first and then making the "facts" fit.
wow, and we send our young men and women into dangerous countries and they are supposed to feel like our government has their back.
Under the Obama administration, the lives and safety of American diplomats and military personnel come third after respecting Muslim lives and sensibilities. This is the Obama idea of how to win what his predecessor called the War on Terror.
To Obama and his supporters, American lives are expendable.
"According to the Afghanistan index kept by the Washington-based research centre Brookings Institution, about 40 per cent of the American deaths were caused by improvised explosive devices. The majority of those were after 2009, when President Barack Obama ordered a surge that sent in 33,000 additional troops to combat heightened Taliban activity. The surge brought the total number of American troops to 101,000, the peak for the entire war."
"Obama deployed more troops to Afghanistan, and casualties increased sharply in the last several years"
"Although Obama has pledged that most U.S. combat troops will leave by the end of 2014, American, NATO and allied troops are still dying in Afghanistan at a rate of one a day.
Even with 33,000 American troops back home, the U.S.-led coalition will still have 108,000 troops — including 68,000 from the U.S. — fighting in Afghanistan at the end of this year. Many of those will be training the Afghan National Security Forces that are to replace them.
"There is a challenge for the administration," O'Hanlon said, "to remind people in the face of such bad news why this campaign requires more perseverance."
