A lot of talk about compromise between parties since the election. Can anyone give specific examples of what the GOP compromised on in either the House or the Senate in the past four years?

I hope there are some examples but I am afraid this will be a very short thread.

Wow! Not one example! It is clear that the GOP has not compromised on anything even for the good of the country. Most all of them will be voted out of office in 2014 if they don't shape up!

Well, they did allow the 99 weeks of unemployment but only if the Bush tax cuts remained.

All parts of the Patriot Act have been extended with ZERO debate.

So sorry..I burst your bubble.

You gave people 1 day decided ? Probably just wanted to resurrect your thread.

Oh there's more if I recall where both D & R approved in the House and Senate and Obama signed away.
Can't think of it but it had to do with security.

I posted this thread yesterday. I would have expected, by the way the right-wingers talk, that this thread would be chalk full of examples by now.

What compromise of the GOP did this entail?

FYI, total agreement on both sides about the original bill does not require compromise.
