That's not true, many never lived in what is really U.S. poor. In-fact there are plenty of examples of those who could not handle real wealth and died because of it.

Obama is YOUR President. I didn't vote for him - twice. And pointing out his worn out shoes which I would be ashamed to donate to the Salvation Army, is hardly "hate". You're as thin skinned as your Dear Leader.

This is a terrible attitude. I didn't vote for him either. I wish he lost the election. He didn't, but I am still an American so he is still my president for the next 4 years.

I dunno, I live near La Jolla where a lot of my friends live and own expensive territory. It's on the map, no secret.

I thought that way the first time. I hoped he would be very successful but as time went on I found that I didn't agree with his policies. Even more time went on and as the president attacked half the American people I agree with the original poster. It is their president.

Is it possible that such thing is so rare that it practically non-exixtent?
Don't know if you consider Texas part of the "Deep South" but there are more than just a few multi - million / billionaires in this little state.

We are still one of the states that respects hard work and a sharp pencil.

When you see a rich person do you feel anger, jealousy or bitterness?

I see a person who might be successful in attaining his goals within the rules of the establishment. It's more his business to tend than it is mine.

It's just a passing reality, not a judgement.

CalPERS is not owned, associated with or controlled by any unions. And best I know not all public employees are members of a union.

FYI, if you're an American Obama is your prez, get use to it. Actually the hate is all over on your side there kiddo, that is one demographic Romney won going away, 97% to 1%, the angry voter.

Thank you. I'd rather people think I have a "bad attitude", than go down in history as having supported the man who destroyed our Constitutional Republic. Remember, half the German people still thought Hitler was "good for Germany", even towards the end of WW II.
