No, he repealed the leases on land that wasn't being used.

I work in cellular, and for instance, comcast leased a lot of spectrum from the federal government. But this spectrum is finite, and costs a pretty penny to lease. So, they had to use it, lease it to someone else, or lose it. The opted for selling or leasing it to AT&T and Verizon.

We need to let the free market decide out energy future, not Washington. Washington can dictate how much of that energy should come from domestic sources, becasue in my opinion that falls into national security, but beyond that, they should stay out of the ballgame.

Mandates have no place in a free market.

We need deep cuts and zero revenue increases.
The federal government gets plenty of revenue, let them work with what they got.

A mandate, not a tax subsidy that costs us money.

Like I said previously, I don't mind the US government regulating how much energy has to come from domestic sources, I do have a problem with them playing favorites on the free market.
