You don't hear from the religious left much, because the left doesn't make a spectacle of our beliefs. We don't stand on street corners holding signs demonstrating hate. We don't push legislation meant to oppress minorities. We don't tell everyone they're worthless, poor, and degenerate and thus unworthy of being with God. We don't exalt guns, war, and capitalistic wealth as virtues.
Nah... just demonize and attempt to oppress others based on their opinions and beliefs (e.g. conservatives, libertarians, Christian charismatics) rather than what they look like or how much money they have.
Don't pretend like you haven't demonstrated intolerance and mislead or falsified on certain historical events here like nazism and biblical concepts to fit in with your political agenda or convey your personal view as being the "correct" one.
Still irrelevant to the point of Leftists=Atheists, since atheism is not a religion.

Also, I would venture a guess (there's no stats for this, because nobody will admit it) that there are a large number of right wing persons who call themselves Christians, but don't believe in God at all. They go to church because it's expected, they say all the right things, they fit in with their neighbors, but they're just pretending.
Bet they engage in sodomy too, in equal numbers at least, to liberals.
Of course they can never come out and live their true lives, because being an admitted atheist (which is a thought, not a group) is akin to defiling small children and kicking puppies.

The left attempts to do what Jesus' commanded people to do. Pray in secret, don't flaunt righteousness and success, and show compassion to the outcasts of society.
