The woman broke the law. She stole. She tried to run-over the guard. If she had nothing to hide why run? The fact that she tried to run over the guard makes the shooting justified. She got what she deserved

That's just his stand your ground defense. If I was trying to get away from someone, I wouldn't waste time backing up. I'd just get out of there.

I saw that. In such close proximity, shooting into the vehicle is not an effective defense. Not to mention, the driver is not the one who was shot.

she got what she had coming to her

1. she stole.
2. she FAILED TO ADHEAR to a LAW ENFORMENT OFFICER...he was not only a security guard but a deputy sheriff
3. she trried to kill the duputy by attempting to run him over...

This trash was banned from entering ANY WalMart as part of a plea agreement from her previous criminal behavior. If she would have honored that agreement she would be alive today.

Now that I think about that it is probably true. If he were a normal person he would almost certainly go to jail. I seriously doubt given that the police and prosecutors would be a zealous as they normally would be with him.
